Essential Nightstand, 24"

Beautiful nightstand, but walnut tone can vary

I’m very happy with this nightstand overall. It’s beautiful, well made, and I’ve always really liked Thuma’s products. I originally had the Classic Bed from about five years ago, which had a more brown-toned walnut finish. More recently, I purchased drawers that came in a noticeably more reddish walnut tone. Thuma’s customer service was excellent and they sent me a new bed that matched the drawers perfectly. I recently purchased this nightstand, and while I love it and decided to keep it, the walnut tone seems to match my older bed more closely. It looks more brownish than reddish, so it doesn’t match the newer bed and drawers quite as perfectly as I expected. Overall, I’m still very satisfied with the nightstand and with Thuma in general, but based on my experience, the walnut finish can vary quite a bit between batches or different pieces. If having an exact color match is important to you, that’s something to keep in mind.

LOVE Thuma bedroom furniture

We initially bought a bed and then a dresser, and now these nightstands. While they are a bit expensive, they are worth it. They are very heavy solid wood and will definitely last many years.
