One of the items leaked during shipping. I sent them pictures and an email. I had a response in less than 30 minutes. They asked for a specific picture of the lot number. I sent it and 5 minutes later, the replacement shipped out. I haven’t been able to use it yet, but their customer service is top notch!!

This has happened to me before, both with Olive and June products, as well as other kits, you just have to follow the directions and all your dreams will come true. I did that the first go round with my first Olive in June Jmgel mani system and got a good two weeks before I even thought about changing polishes. The second time, I got hasty and didn't seal the end of my nails and they lasted about a week. So, I just need to take my time and in only a couple months I will easily have made up what I would normally pay at the salon with something I can do at home while I'm working or watching my favorite show. Love Love, Love the product and the company.

I liked that there was a tutorial provided but after 5 attempts to make it look somewhat similar to what the goal would be, I cannot achieve it. The builder gel is so sticky and spills out of the nail bottles, and you need to do probably 3 coats of polish to achieve the color on the nail polish bottle. When it is applied even after multiple layers, the color is lighter at the base so it’s not one even color. More like an ombré color. So not a huge fan of this and the extra length you’d achieve only lasted me not even a day. Unfortunately I was past my return window or else I’d return this.
