Ancient Nutrition is a wonderful add to my quest for nutritional health. I'm impressed with the taste too. I mix with almond or coconut milk in the blender. I've also sometimes put in a dab of peanut butter or throw in some berries and a touch of sweetener for the ultimate smoothie. YUM.
