Saved us just before sickness

Our washer would not drain, after trouble shooting we came down to the drain pump we got the machine back and running the day before we had the winter flu! The speedy shipment was a life saver for sure 10/10

You provide excellent videos, thank you. However, the pump didn't fix the problem. The washer doesn't complete rinse and spin cycle, have to unplug washer and start it on drain and spin then hope it works, eventually it does. Possibly an issue you may provide guidance for? Thanks!

Good product but not right part for washer

Timely process of producer and shipped. Not exact fit with electrical connection. Will need to send back.
