Very comfortable strap
This is a very comfortable strap that I purchased to go along with my tote bag. It matches great and works well. It does not hurt my shoulders when I have my tote packed out. I am very pleased with purchase.

The pad and strap aren't very long
The shoulder strap is well made, but it doesn't get very long for a crossbody carry especially if you're taller or have a longer torso like me. The pad is about 8.5in in length, which imo is fine, but would like more.

Sympl products are amazing. Unfortunately, the connectors were not compatible with my bag so I ended up having to return it.
