This is a new purchase for me, my prior map was bio Mat. But I think that p.m.ef is very important so that is why I purchased your mat and looking forward to using it

I've had my mat 1 week now. I was skeptical. I'm 73 yrs old. The mat is Awesome. I sleep on it. I use the pre-programmed PEMF 3 times a day. Pm, am & afternoon nap. I'm 5'5". I wish I'd have gotten the wider/longer version. It really helps my arthritis and back issues. I highly recommend.
