Very happy with print, not so much with the lack of communication.

I ordered this for my nephew as a house warming gift. The print and frame are perfection, just stunning. Where I was disappointed was in the lack of communication. When I placed the order, it stated a 30 day delivery, in reality it took 45 days. I received no communication at all that the print would be delayed or updates that they were in the process of working on it. I had to reach out twice for updates. When you are spending this kind of money, you should also receive a high standard of communication.
