Poor germination

I started these both indoors and direct sow. Of the entire packet, I got one plant to germinate indoors and one plant to germinate in the garden. Both are very slow growers, it is mid August and they are only about 2 inches tall.

Reliable Seeds, Unreliable Color

I purchased these seeds and started them in late winter. The germination rate and health of the seedlings was great, but now that they have been planted out in the garden and started blooming, the color varies from every plant. Only one of the dozen or so could be described as blue. All of them are pretty, just not the color I was expecting.
