The program itself is amazing as is always anything Caroline touches and I have had other programs programs from sounds true before but the navigation of this one is torturous for me. I’m used to each segment being listed and I can click on one and go into it. On this sight I never know exactly where I am or what I have completed because I have to start from scratch each time. Please simplify it. Other than this, it’s awesome. Mahalo

Uplifting, educational and transformational.

It is wonderful to have these resources available “on tap” via the Sounds True website. The content is timeless and it is very useful to be able to go back and review/refresh oneself with the material. Very topical, especially with the global events of the last decade.

Getting there

I’m slowly making my way through this course and really wanted to give it a five. In truth though, it’s often a challenge for me to understand the concepts. I’m not giving up.
