CAKE DECORATING - Lambeth Buttercream Masterclass

I have been to many le dolci classes before and I typically leave feeling like I have learned something new, which was unfortunately not the case with this class. The instructor did provide some guidance, but some more formal instructions regarding how to decorate the cakes would have been appreciated. Eg: Providing photos or templates of different lambeth cakes, providing guidance regarding which types of icing patterns would work together, etc. For the price of these classes, I unfortunately don't think that my experience was consistent with previous classes.

Amazing Class with a great instructor

I've seen Lambeth style cakes all over IG and Tik Tok and was reluctant to try to do this style of cake without instruction, so I signed up for a class with Le Dolci. I've taken a few classes with Le Dolci, but I found that this class was my favourite thus far, The instructor was patient, very clear in her instruction style and often made analogies which helped a novice baker understand and remember the correct techniques when stacking, crumb coating, and decorating the cake. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and will be taking more in the future.

Cake decorating blast!

I had so much fun with Stephanie in our cake lambeth decorating class! I was a little late and she helped me out to get back on track to finish on time! She made the process easy and fun! I would so 100% do this again!
