Poor return policy

I developed a rash with the blue balm. The eye treatment I really enjoyed using. I attempted a return but was informed I would only be able to return both items together even though they were mailed to me separately several weeks apart. I was also asked to return a few small samples if I did attempt the return or I would be charged for them. I was taken aback and surprised by such a stringent return policy for small gift samples. I gave away the blue balm and did not attempt the return.

Feels calming, hydrating around the eye area. Fantastic product!
