Possibly old product

The first time I bought this product (about a year ago), I loved it! It made my skin glow! Since then, with recent purchases, I've noticed some issues. My very first bottle was pure white. My most recent one is a very dark pink. It was with a mini sample of the same product and that one was white but was clumpy. I know Vit-C can soft color over time, but I don't typically see it this dark unless it's expired. It makes me question how old and effective my new bottle is.

I love the smell and how it feels, but I broke out a little and I’m not sure if it’s the product. I’m going to stop using it and see if there’s a change
