Great sauna

RELAXACARE personnel were very friendly and knowledgable. The staff was able to answer all my questions regarding the sauna I purchased. The service team setting up the sauna was very polite and professional. The sauna is outstanding. It is used daily. I would definitely recommend this product.

The directions were very confusing, and the side panels were extremely challenging to lineup and keep tight. An example of this is putting the top of the sauna on before putting the handle on the door. It’s a strong magnet and I couldn’t get the door open again without making little marks in the wood, trying to pull the glass away from the magnet without breaking the glass. The worst part about it is, I was told this was plug and play with a normal wall plug and I had an electrician look at the specs and after putting it together, I went to plug in the cords, but one of them does not fit, and I have to have a a new plug put in with a 20 amp allowance and now I have it set up in place for my spa, but I have to relocate it. Everything was planned out based on where this was going to go. I am so angry and so disappointed.
