Love everything about it, from color to size. I mainly use it for University and training.

It is the perfect backpack when you have many activities in one day and needs to bring a lot of stuff or travelling as well. The quality is really good.

Correct product, but disappointed with discount resolution

After a mishap with my first order where I received a 20L backpack instead of the ordered 25L, I contacted Db’s customer service. They were quick to address the error, directing me to return the wrong item and reorder. But I was offered only a 15% discount for the reordering, down from the original 30% discount I had successfully applied to the first purchase. This felt unfair as I hadn’t made any mistake. The second order was processed correctly, and I received the 25L backpack I initially wanted. The product itself is satisfactory. However, the experience was soured, all due to an error on their part.
