Nice bag

Nice design. The only thing I would consider tho is that for a smaller bag, popular for kids, shorten the straps or make it easy to fold or something. Because in our case now, as we have to adjust to fit perfectly for the bag to sit nicely around the shoulders and back, there are like 45 cm straps hanging down I don't know how to make them less inconvenient for my son.

Very comfortable to use specially at my back.
