My Vintage Customized Bevi

This is my second Bevi, I love my first one it keeps my water cold for days so I decided to try the Customized Bevi with the straw. I bought one for me and one for my daughter. It keeps my water cold but the straw does not work well. I'm not sure what the issue is so I just use the the spout to drink my water ,for this reason I can only give it 4 stars. P.S. I tried to add a picture but I am not tech savvy at all!
