Sourdough Workshop at 123DOUGH

Sooooo Fabulous!!

I went with a friend. It was so much fun. The group was great. The entire 123 Dough crew was wonderful. Packed with great information. The pace and curriculum of the class was perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food and wine served was divine! We left with our own starter, freshly baked bread, and dough that is ready for the second rise and baking. I would love a class teaching us how to use the sourdough discard.😋
