Mother-in-law gift

I sent the tiny Virgin Mary & Cross necklace, along with an emerald birthstone charm to my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and her birthday which also falls in May. Her faith is important to her, especially as she is now a caregiver for her husband who has cancer. She was extremely touched by the gift and said "it looks expensive" and she swore up and down the emerald had to be real - even though I didn't see the gift in person, her comments let me know the quality is amazing! She plans to have her priest bless the necklace and said she will only remove it if she has to for medical testing.
