Flowtron 40W Replacement UV Bulb for BK-80, MC-9000 & Indoor FC Series

I ordered replacement bulbs for the Flowtron diplomat 8800. I received the wrong bulbs. I called customer service and was told I would have to pay to mail those bulbs back before a refund could be made. On your website I clicked on the bug zapper that I have. There was a replacement parts icon, I clicked on it and ordered the replacement bulbs. Yet I have to pay for the shipping to correct this?

The shipping was quick, Although 1 bulb was not in orginal packaging when it arrived in the package, it still worked just fine.
