It doesn't work upon arrival. I contacted there customer service and they told me there's nothing they can do...

It doesn't work and flowtron customer service didn't help resolve the issue.
June 9th... STILL not fixing the issue or refunding me or replacing the zapper!
Worst company I've delt with in a long time!
I will be reporting to BBB!

Seems like it will be a good indoor zapper time will tell.
