I’ve been taking this daily and had to stop for a while during a stomach bug. I definitely felt a difference not taking it.

A new staple in my cabinet

I honestly love this! As someone who has been off of caffeine for over 3 years now, this seems to just give me a subtle consistent boost throughout the day and I feel like i rarely have cravings anymore. Definitely recommend.

Makes for a great tea & less sleepy

So far so good! I like adding some lemon and warm water for a morning tea to get me started for the day, and I will also add glucobitters before lunch. I really don't get sleepy like I used to after meals.
