It was two months late from our first estimated shipping date. It took about 5-6 months from order date. Customer service was good with communication, but it was disappointing as the date kept getting pushed back. The ring itself has seemed solid and we have enjoyed it at our gym. Assembly was fairly easy. For the price point it was a good deal.
