Oak cubes soaked in whisky

These are great at adding that aged in a barrel flavor. Soaked in a good Irish whisky or a good bourbon really adds to the beer. The medium toasted are perfect for my taste. The dark toasted ones are too strong in my opinion. Taste often and pull them out when you get where you want it to be. The longer they stay in the stronger the flavor will get.
