Very comfortable - shame about the zip

Generally the Paramo jacket is very nice to wear and works well in various weather conditions, but I’m having a problem with the outside zip pocket on the left side at chest height. It’s caused by a loose thread that pulled and frayed from the first time I used the jacket. I was hoping it would sort itself out but it continues to make the zip stick almost every time although I’ve tried to pull the zip as gently as possible. Now it has created a gap between the zip and the rest of the body (see photo). As I’m right-handed, this pocket is the most useful one for me to store my wallet so it’s really quite inconvenient.

Paramo waterproof to the rescue!

Having had a couple of shall I put my Alta on, or not, short showers, I finally had to when a heavy beast, accompnied by strong winds, came over the hilltop. It was great to turn my back, hood up, stay dry and ride it out! Very pleased

At last, I've finally got a Paramo jacket.

I've wanted a Paramo jacket for some years, but all the stockists were miles away from where I live. Two of my friends have had Paramo jackets for 15 and 20 tears, and they are still in perfect condition. The fabric has such a soft feel and it really is waterproof. I love it.
