Easy and Simple

It only took 3 weeks from the day I ordered to receive my PC. Signature is required for delivery but that is to be expected. My PC runs great. I got the GX13 HYTE GHOST Black Label Gaming Desktop and the only thing that was really a challenge to hook up was the display panel on the case. Everything was made incredibly simple by the helpful folder that was provided. My PC looks and runs amazing and my fiance loves it too. He said the sideways mounted GPU looked sweet. I'd love to be able to leave a review on the actual PC I purchased but I can't find the option for that on the website.

I got my computer and it is great! The only thing I would improve is making clear and simple step by step instructions on how to set up PC. I had to do so much research on the Internet to get my PC set up which was slightly frustrating.

It met my expectations !

I do not usually write reviews but I feel like the Xotic Team deserves one because they met and exceeded my expectations when ordering my custom pc. The only thing is the wait time is a bit long and that made me skeptical at first but customer service is very transparent and will clear any doubts. If I would need another Custom PC, I would go with Xotic PC again, they gained my trust.
