Barke® German Vienna Malt - Weyermann®

A must have.

I would never brew a German lager without Barke malz in my grain bill.

A tad better than regular german malt

Has a nice slightly sweet bready character. The Barke malts seem to all have a little bit more malt sweetness, and definitely smell maltier. It's clearly a different barley strain because the kernels are huge compared to any other barley malt.

Robust and smooth taste

I love this malt for its smooth, sweet taste for German lager recipes.
