Chainsaw Kits

Saw parts and customer service

Can’t say enough about west coast saw! In a short period I ordered a bunch of parts (compete saw kit, air filter, chains, new belt and harness, wedge pouch and metal axe sheath. I haven’t replace some of my gear for 20 years. Not only were they fast to pack and ship, they also swapped some parts at no charge (which they certainly didn’t have to, I offered to pay for the swap). All kit received is exceedingly well thought out and made. In addition, they shipped fast through dhl to Canada and I didn’t pay a penny on duty/brokerage. Which is certainly not the case with usp and FedEx through which I have recently received some outrageously high charges on some comparatively small items. So my review is this, west coast saw comes across as a company started by folks who knew a hard honest days work. They sell products that are very well made, industry appropriate at a reasonable price. They are awesome to deal with, fast to ship. What more can you ask for. 10 out of 5 stars I will do as much business as I can with them from here on in. To west coast saws staff, never loose what you have going.

I absolutely love this saw kit that they offer I bought three for my saws and I own a small tree service and it exceeded my expectations and more. Can't say enough about this company awesome customer service and if you're considering a purchase I would highly recommend.

Im disappointed in the muffler no where on that kit did it say I had to modify it myself. Other than that the kit is great.
