Ora King Salmon Fillet

I absolutely LOVE The Meatery’s Ora King Salmon. I just had to replenish my small supply. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. It’s the most succulent, flavorful and forgiving salmon out there.

Oh my word! Ive had multiple types of salmon; it’s my favorite seafood, but this was my first experience with Ora King. It is by far the most delicious salmon I’ve ever had. It’s known as the “wagyu” of salmons for a reason. It’s moist, tender, has a high fat content, a mild buttery taste and cooks up perfectly. I blackened mine under the broiler, and I can’t wait to have more. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Really Good Fish!

Fish was very favorable! Cooked it with stainless steel and got the skin to be crispy. Enjoyed it very much and would recommend it!
