Ordered these refurbished since it’d be cheaper. But still got them through turtle beach and they work like brand new.

Excellent headphones

These headphones work really well. I like the quick change feature to switch from my phone to my pc quickly.

Sound quality is excellent; set up for my X-Box One could have been a little clearer, but still set up fairly quickly. Not sure why this model has a wireless adapter to plug into the Xbox when my older model Turtle Beach headphones did not. Saved money by purchasing a refurbished unit, which appears and operates as new.
