Love this tea

No3 Relax is part of my night time ritual
I absolutely love the relax mother cuppa. It tastes very indulgent and relaxing and the perfect drink to have at the end of the day just before bed.

Relax tea
I’d tried the full range before and decided Relax was my favourite. After attending a seminar at work about preventing burn out, which was led by Pam Burrows (check her out as she knows her stuff) I decided to purchase a subscription. This tea is now my little bit of self-care at the end of the day. It’s a lovely tasing tea and I sleep much better when I’ve had my nightly cuppa plus I feel good about looking after myself. It must be making a difference as my husband bought me the hamper for Christmas!
