We’re in Montana in spitting snow and 40 mile an hour gusts and I’m in a t shirt next to the stove sipping on percolated coffee with some fancy sweetener watching my pups snore after a long night of wind and blowing rain. I couldn’t be happier with the tent. Very impressive design and the build quality is second to none.Great job.

Shackelton Tent

Purchased two 11 x 11 ft Shackelton tents in the spring of 2024. Have used them extensively, and have to say the design is well thought out! Easy setup, waterproof and sturdy. Spent several nights at 11,000 feet during huge thunderstorms with high winds and copious amounts of rain! Not a drip of water inside and barely had to tighten the guy lines in the morning! I am currently deciding on a larger tent and the Shackelton 14 ft is my next buy. Don’t hesitate, buy an Ellis tent. I have spent decades packing, hunting and camping and have had numerous canvas tents, none compare to an Ellis tent!

Wonderful Tent!

I spent about a year researching canvas tent options for hunting. Ultimately, I selected the Ellis Shackleton. I received the tent a couple weeks ago - I have already used the tent twice on two separate hunting trips. The tent is amazing! Very impressed. No second thoughts on my purchase!
