Game changer for workout recovery

When I learned about all of the recovery benefits of using cold plunge after workouts, I did a lot of research to find the right product. I considered DIY options., very expensive premium options, and everything in between. The Inergize tub and chiller seemed to have all of the premium options I needed without an excessive price. I have not been disappointed. Setup was easy and the setup videos and customer support was exceptional. A key issue for me was an excellent filtration system to help keep the water clean and sanitary without having to go through the trouble of changing the water too often. Also, despite a very compact footprint (a picture of my set up is included sitting next to my sauna.) the depth makes it easy for me to fully submerge comfortably (I’m six feet tall). Using the cold plunge shortly after runs or biking and a few hours after weightlifting has been a perfect routine. My recovery has never been faster with an absence of muscle or joint soreness. Other suggestions that I will pass along are to fill the tub using a hose that is rated for potable water so that you don’t allow lead contamination which is present in many garden hoses to go into your tub. I also suggest using an RV sediment filter to attach to your hose faucet when filling the tub so that potable quality water is put into your tub. Neither is very expensive. The cleaner water is healthier to sit in and will require less work from the filtration system. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and can highly recommend.

Great affordable, versatile cold plunge

I am loving my inergize cold plunge. Great value for the price and the size and portability make it very versatile. I owned The Plunge prior to this and the inergize is more durable, powerful and trouble free. A great option for those in small spaces who are looking to get into a full cold plunge routine.
