Similar To Using Leaves... Only Much BETTER!

I've used countless blanched leaves in my caridina tanks, and the primary reason is that I can have a little bit of food available for the shrimp at all times, without polluting the water at a level that is significant. Food Fight contains a great variety of ingredients, but still doesn't pollute the water at a level that causes any concern in my shrimp room. And the bonus is that I don't have to blanch it, prior to using it! You'll see that the pellets require about a minute to soak up some water, prior to sinking. If that is a hassle for you, put the required number of food pieces into a small bowl of RO water first, then, about 3 minutes later, walk around and feed your shrimp. Problem solved!
