All of the plants arrived alive and in perfect condition, very easy communication over email for a shipping address mistake I made. Only took off one star for the snails that hitchhiked on the plants but you should always wash any plants before putting them in your tank anyways. Overall great service and I would order them again!

Really healthy good sized plants that were well packaged.really impressed. Took off 1 star due to the tiny pest snails that were on the plants.made sure to give a good rinse before i placed in the tank.

It was supposed to be “free”, but item was not shipped with rest of order… unclear what happened… but since it’s “free” to begin with, I guess I just have to accept the fact that it’s not honored.
