Beautiful jewellery, fantastic service

My boyfriend and I ordered matching rings for our anniversary, but we measured our fingers wrong and ended up with rings that did not fit. I contacted SilverAmber via Facebook messenger and explained the situation, they responded quickly and helped us measure correctly, and sent us replacement rings with a return label for the ones we originally bought. We didn’t have to pay before we had returned the first set, and they were super speedy to send them off and kind to help despite it being our mistake.
