Timm Medical Osbon EZ Ring & Body Shield for Vacuum Erection Devices (VED) & ED Therapy Systems

I've had three or four of The EZ Ring and Body Shields, they normally deserve 5 stars, their great. The latest one seems to be a little smaller where it sits on the vacuum tube, so it doesn't fit properly. When I pull the vacuum the EZ ring sucks inside the tube. The 3 star rating is more of an indictment against Diabetics Essentials, they supplied it, for their lack of taking care of the product. I asked for a replacement or my money back. They asked for information on my vacuum unit saying it might not be compatible with the ring. It's compatible, I've had three or four other EZ rings that worked fine. Since providing that information I've heard nothing back from them. Therefore, I'll order more of the EZ rings in the future, but I'll make sure it's not Diabetics Essentials that is the provider.
