Gave me a jar which expires in a month

Expiry date is very close/ Too much sugar

I have received this product on July 17,2026 and expiration is September 12, 2026. Expiration date is very close as it was manufactured in December 25. Personally, we found it overly sweet. Please check sugar content and make sure you check expiration on the product.

Spread like Gulkand, good with bread.

The gulkand tastes good, but it lacks the distinct rose petal texture found in traditional or homemade gulkand. The paste-like consistency was something new to me. Since the product is labeled as a "jam," it appears to be intended more as a spread for bread, similar to fruit jam. In comparison, the chewy texture of rose petals in regular gulkand makes it a better choice for use in paan than this jam-style version.
