Vadhvani Mirch, is a signature heirloom chili from Gujarat. This mildly spicy green chili is named after the town of Wadhwan in Gujarat. These chilis are thick fleshed, and have a vibrant green color. They are primarily used to make Vadhvani Raita Marcha. The thick skin of the chili gives this dish a signature crunch.
