Philodendron Jungle Boogie

This plant was rotted completely. I had to chop and prop it. This is after weeks of barely any communication from the store. Plants were also packaged horribly. This plant was large as the picture but it had cold damage and it wasn’t even cold across the country. It had been around 50 degrees in Ohio for over a week. Please do not order from them. I had to reach out to them on IG to get responses during shipping but after receiving these plants I sent a video via email as they asked and followed up on IG and they read the message and didn’t reply. A total loss. I also don’t think it’s ethical to ask a customer to pay to ship back rotted plants that they intentionally sent. Also the plants were in clear containers, so you could see the rotted roots. They knew.
