Hoya Linearis

My Hoya Linearis is thriving!

I’m so happy with my Hoya Linearis from Vault Plants! When I received her, I was excited, but seeing how beautifully she has grown since then has been even better. She has settled in wonderfully and is now putting out new growth and longer vines. 🪴💚 I keep her indoors in my living room near the glass doors, and she absolutely loves her location. She has continued growing and getting longer, and I couldn’t be happier with how she looks. The plant arrived healthy, and it has been such a joy watching her establish herself and grow. I’m very pleased with my purchase from Vault Plants and would definitely recommend them to other Hoya lovers! Thank you, Vault Plants, for my beautiful Linearis! 💕🌿

Horrible Experience with Plant Vault- Never again

The Hoya Linearis arrived in very poor condition and looked significantly worse than I expected. It’s normal for plants to be a bit banged up during shipping, but this was just much more than reasonable. I contacted Plant Vault and provided photos showing the condition it arrived in. They asked if I wanted a label for return, which I appreciated, but was hoping to get some guidance first on whether they believed the plant could realistically be rescued given its condition. I also consulted a plant expert, who felt that the sparse foliage and overall condition suggested the plant had likely already been stressed before it was shipped, potentially from insufficient light. That was concerning because it made me question whether the condition was simply from shipping or whether the plant had already been struggling beforehand. I followed up with the seller and specifically asked them to let me know if they felt it would not survive and if they recommended that I return it. Unfortunately, I never received a response after that, I would have been happy to work with them, but the lack of follow-up was disappointing, especially since I was trying to be nice and determine the best course of action. Wasted $35 for nothing.
