I add the collagen to other foods, and ut is a great boost to my protien I take, as well as starting to see improved nails, skin, really like this product.

Collagen
I'm 67 years old and have some arthritis but as long as I take this daily I get around so much better. I just wished it didn't come in plastic container as you know it's is not only good for us but is reeking havoc on our planet.

There is no taste to this, and it blends so smoothly with no clumps. I love that I’m supporting veterans and love using this product.
