Excellent Customer Service

I wrote in to C&G to find out if they could repair my holster which appeared to have suffered an unusual failure due to some defect in manufacturing. Although I no longer had my sales receipt, C&G quickly offered to replace my entire holster. Rather than send the old one back, they suggested I destroy it so no one would find it and attempt to use it. This was not only excellent customer service but demonstrated how well they stand behind their product
