B-hyve Smart Flood Sensor 71000

A little difficult to connect to wifi and battery life sucks. Two of my three sensors were below 15% within 30 days. Customer service sent me three new ones, will see if battery life is any better.

I purchased 18 of the sensors. So far 13 have failed and had to be replaced. The first 10 were replaced without too much grief as they failed almost out of the box. The last 3 that failed I had to threaten to report them to the attorney generals office as they tried to claim they were not under warranty. When they work they work but they have a horrible problem with them eating batteries. If you replace the CR2032 battery a few days later they are depleted again. When the tried to deny the warranty I asked to return the whole system, but they refused. If another one fails I will contact American Express.

The soft plastic breaks down easily when trying to open the devise to get to the battery that wears out way too fast!
