This thing hits different from most pre-workouts. Don’t expect that cracked-out, heart-racing feeling — it’s smoother than that. Within about 8–10 minutes you start feeling the tingles, and by the time you’re warming up, the energy is fully dialed in. Three forms of caffeine means it builds gradually and lasts the whole session without the dreaded crash at the end

Insane focus

This has become my favorite preworkout. The Alpha GPC is an ingredient I always look forward to. It gave me a boost in focusing.
