See prior review, again love this company and product but this is a critical area of interest for a consumer. We understand delays, backorders, etc. communication is key and it’s kindness for your biggest fans and supporters. I’m confident that they’ll work it out and I’ll update this accordingly, once it is.

definitely buy this because my $120+ orders always get "lost in shipping" and take a month to arrive and without this i would have probably have been stiffed for over $300
