Titanic Frome Phone Case

I love my Titanic Frome case!! I love that when I’m holding my phone I’m holding the entire Titanic movie in my hand! I can’t wait to get another Frome case.

Phone case arrived quickly, but was damaged upon arrival, with effort I barely was able to get it on my phone (I did make sure it was the correct size) - was a very, very tight squeeze. Around the opening for the camera the lines curved inward noticeably, and we’re not straight as they appear in the advertisements, the advertisements also show that they are shiny with rounded corners, mine arrived matte finish, and had sharp square corners. There is nowhere on the website to request a refund so I just had to email, after sending photos and videos twice (which I think it’s overkill) I finally heard back after well over a week that I would be getting a refund. From when I originally reached out to and I received, the refund was around two weeks. When I checked in, I was told they were not allowed to authorize a refund and had to submit it to a supervisor, honestly that’s too much information and whoever is dealing with the refunds email account should be authorized to issue refunds If they deem it necessary, was too much back-and-forth, too much time, and felt very disjointed. Love the idea of the cases and canvases is great, but as items arrived not as advertised/described, I feel very wary of ordering from “Frome”again.

The case fits really well. I do wish the buttons were a bit more tactile and less stiff, But after using it for a while they might loosen up. Overall though, I think this is a really cool idea! It’s super personal as well and a great conversation starter!
