Rancilio Silvia Pro X & Stile Machine Bundle

Great pre and post sales experience

I'm not sure how my internet search for a Rancilio espresso coffee machine that I arrived at AB site, but what ever it was, the interaction with AB was outstanding. After lots.of reading reviews I'd decided on the Rancilio Silva Pro X and thought of upgrading my current Breville grinder (which was my.largest coffee related.purchase to date). The bundle with Rancilio Silva grinder was selected. I made the purchase. An email arrived the next day saying.order.was being prepared. But by this time I'd decided that I didn't want SS finish but the black finish. A call and email sorted this change out plus an addition to the order. What great service. The machines arrived on a small pallet within the week. I eagerly set up the coffee machine and grinder. The Silva grinder is amazingly efficient and quiet. My only issue the portafilter sits to low and a.lot of grinds end up on bech top. I'll need to purchase a dosing cup or funnel. I experimented with several grinder settings to find the right grinder setting for a.good espresso. You can not adjust to a finer grinder.l with beans in the chute, but I'd already read about this so no issues there for me. Just need to empty chute first. Was enjoying trying to get the right ground size with the Silva when the water flow stopped on day 2. I sent an email to AB. They replied first things Monday. After a few “try this”, send a video etc, it was decided to send back for their review and repair. Being in semi rural NSW AB did a lot of chasing to find a repairer close to me seeing I'd no longer had box to send machine back in. It was was found the boiler had failed and was.replaced with new. Now enjoying back to experimenting to find that great coffee. Highly recommend AB for their great customer service and keeping me informed. Also highly recommend the Rancilio Silva Pro X with it's dual boiler and Stile grinder. The repairer, Andrew of My Roastery in Unanderra was extremely helpful and repaired the machine in 2 days.

Absolute Beast!

AB were fantastic to deal with. Shipping turnaround was unreal and super quick. Videos/research just don't do this machine justice for how sturdy/robust this machine is. The machine is an absolute beast! So glad we purchased this bundle.

Robust Package

AB were great to deal with! Shipping was super fast and cannot fault the turnaround team. As for the machine, it is everything i had expected and more. Videos etc do not do it justice on just how sturdy/solid and robust this beast is. Even the grinder is an absoulte beast. So glad we bought this bundle!
