15.5 Inch Hand Painted Portuguese Ceramic Decorative Plate with Swallows

Unique and beautiful piece

I gifted the blue decorative plate with swallows to a dear friend of mine who recently and unexpectedly lost her husband to an unknown health condition. I was actually in Portugal shortly thereafter, and upon learning of the beautiful legend and symbolism of the swallows, I knew this piece would be a fitting tribute - and comfort - to my friend and her lovely family as they adjust to life without their patriarch. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and unique piece of art. My friend loved it (made her cry) and said she will cherish it always. Obrigada!
