Schacht 25” reed works on old Northfield table loom

I received the reed promptly and in good shape, although the packaging was worn through and the wood edge of the reed was sticking out. No problem though, it was in fine shape. I have an old Northfield rigid heddle table loom and only the 8 dent reed it came with. The Schacht 25” works! You just need to sand down the ends of the bottom rails about 1/8” so it fits in the resting slot on the loom. Yay!

It’s exactly what I was looking for and I have already put on the warp. Service was exceptional! I appreciated the updates and delivery was faster than expected.
