Truly high quality cacao
I use regular cocoa powder in some of my smoothies. When I tried Diaspora Co.'s cacao powder, I could taste the difference. It's very flavorful and really boosted the quality of my smoothies and baked goods. Now I always have to buy the big tin!

Delicious and precious
The cacao powder has a very nice flavor, it's kind of more rich than it is dark if that makes sense. I really like it but I used half the tin just for one pan of brownies. It might be more of a special occasion cacao than a baking cacao due to the price. The tin is super cute, would be nice to get refills maybe?
